As I arrive at the stadium and pay 1,000 yen for my ticket, I enter through the stadium gate and start to look around. The first thing I see is the Nishogakusha team on the field warming up. At that moment, the kids are chanting and running. But as soon as I approach the stands, I look at the fans and a music band. After them, I notice all the first-grade students who are part of the team wearing blue T-shirts, but who have to wait a year to play.

At that moment, I realize my son Rio isn’t there, and I start to worry and look around. To my surprise, he suddenly appears right in front of me, wearing his team uniform. I feel so proud of him—there are no words to describe the moment. It looks like he will be supporting the team, but we’ll see. I'm surprised to see him up there. Today is the first time I’ve seen him wearing such a valuable uniform.

I’m proud of you, Rio and Luis. Go for it! Luis, don’t give up—this is just training; the best years are yet to come. Keep going!

I was so glad to see you, Rio. I wish I could see Luis too.

Love you both!
